The world of Human Resources management is constantly evolving, and the emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence has marked a turning point in this transformation. The Stratesys People Awards have witnessed this change and have served as a space for reflection and debate on the role of AI in talent management.
An Inaugural Meeting with Industry Leaders
The event, which took place in Madrid, saw the participation of more than 100 guests and 30 national and international companies, all gathered with a common objective: to understand and assess the impact of new technologies on current human talent management.
The event, promoted by Stratesys in collaboration with SAP, was inaugurated by Eneko Sainz-Ezquerra, managing partner of Stratesys, accompanied by Eduardo Quero, global leader of the company's 'People' competence center.
Transformation Through Artificial Intelligence
The presentations and roundtables that took place highlighted the importance of intelligent systems in people management. Fran Ruiz and Edu Jiménez, Artificial Intelligence analysts at Stratesys, shared examples of how AI personalizes and enhances decision-making, enriching the employee experience.
Cándida Martín, for her part, emphasized the need to create innovative strategies that employ everyday tools and content, such as videos, podcasts, and virtual assistants, to guide people in change management.
The roundtable was a highlight of the event, with experts from different sectors sharing their perspectives on how AI is driving changes in business procedures. This panel, moderated by a Generative Artificial Intelligence, featured participation from leaders of Grupo Sanitario Ribera, Virgin Media O2, Esic University, and SAP Successfactor, among others.
The closing of the event was marked by the Stratesys People Awards 2023, which recognized outstanding organizations in talent management, such as Banco de Galicia, Cruz Roja, ESIC University and Sanitas, to name a few.
