2 years after the most important disruption in work methods since the industrial revolution, the question remains: Will this be the era in which the office becomes obsolete?
Understanding that there are spaces where working in-person is essential (Hospitals, Workshops, Hotels to name a few)
But what about offices that exist solely and exclusively to bring people together to work in front of a computer connected to the internet?
Does it make sense to require people to work in a specific place just to have meetings via Zoom?
Is effective remote leadership even possible?
Who benefits? Who doesn't?
Could we dare to imagine a world in which teams are more productive and capable of delivering better results working from home than from the office?
Questions like these ignite the fire of an effervescent conversation where defenders of both paradigms passionately cling to their side of the debate.
That's why at Leaderlix we ask ourselves:
Will it be possible to hold a debate where entrepreneurs, service providers, agencies and freelance professionals on one side, and executives, managers and directors of multinational companies on the other, exchange challenges and solutions facing this shared challenge?
Directly from Leaderlix's Ideas Lab, this is the pre-launch of the brainstorming "Leading from Home: More Productive Teams than from the Office," where we will be testing the idea of creating a meeting whose sole objective is to brainstorm from these two sides of the field to find out if we can learn from each other, and if this learning can accelerate the path toward defining a new Leadership model, more inclusive for all and that takes into consideration all the needs of all participants.
If you want to participate you can fill out the form, and in a few weeks we will evaluate the interest and quality of the call to define if this first brainstorming Leading from Home: More Productive Teams than from the Office takes place.
