Procaps Group and Genomma Lab have formalized a strategic agreement to develop, manufacture, and commercialize five Softgel products in Latin America.
Under this collaboration, Procaps will be responsible for manufacturing, while Genomma will handle the marketing and distribution of Softgel products.
Rubén Minski, CEO of Procaps Group, highlighted Genomma's suitability as a partner thanks to its solid brands, business model, and outstanding presence in the over-the-counter market throughout Latin America.
For his part, Marco Sparvieri, CEO of Genomma Lab Internacional, emphasized that this agreement will generate synergies that will strengthen Genomma's core competencies by offering additional pharmaceutical forms beyond those produced in its state-of-the-art manufacturing complex in Mexico.
