How radical should honesty be in an organization?

The short answer is: absolutely radical. In fact, I believe honesty is the only thing that is good when it is absolutely radical.

How radical should honesty be in an organization?

The short answer is: absolutely radical. In fact, I believe honesty is the only thing that is good when it is absolutely radical.

In fact, it is something reflected in our values, but I don't say it superficially as if it were a good wish. For me, honesty is not only an inflexible policy, but a rule of life that I summarize as I explain in the latest episode of my podcast in two ideas

1.- Do what you say ALWAYS

2.- Say what you do ALWAYS.

And those are the two sides of the coin of highest value which is the coin of integrity.
