Biopharmaceutical company Sanofi and Fundación ONCE have established a collaboration agreement with the objective of implementing measures and promoting initiatives related to employment and training for people with disabilities.
This institutional collaboration demonstrates that both organizations share fundamental principles in defense of the rights of patients and people at risk of social exclusion, focusing on social inclusion as a common objective.
Within the framework of the agreement, Sanofi and Fundación ONCE will collaborate on theoretical and practical training activities, aimed at providing training in sustainability, universal accessibility and responsible procurement to people with disabilities.
Programs will also be established for the recruitment, guidance and job placement of people with disabilities, with the purpose of facilitating their access to quality employment. Additionally, both entities will collaborate on initiatives for the training and hiring of workers with disabilities and young people in situations of social vulnerability.
This agreement is part of Sanofi's Diversity, Inclusion and Equity program, reflecting its social commitment. Collaboration with Fundación ONCE has been made possible thanks to the effort of the ERG Ability+ Iberia volunteer group, which works to accelerate the inclusion of people with disabilities. Sanofi, in addition to its scientific approach to improving health, reaffirms its social commitment through this alliance.
